Growth teaming” is the acceleration of the team to a high performing team. Performance is about meeting or exceeding the customer’s ask, how the team becomes increasingly efficient/effective and members of the team feeling valued, learning and engaged. A high performing team will benefit the sponsoring organization in the immediate performance matrices and curates an effective human capital for the future with the transferable teaming muscles with collaborative culture.
To some, the “Future of Work” is the here and now. Organisations now must rethink how they want to achieve their organizational goals with different type of workforces including contingent and gig workforce. Some are co-located while others are in virtual locations. Many resorted to messaging apps to communicate and problem solve while others value the nonverbal cues.

Organisasi perlu berfikir aturcara untuk mencapai cita-cita organisasi mereka terutama apabila kita menghadapi cabaran tenaga kerja sementara dan ekonomi ‘gig’. Pada masa ini, cara kerja kita sudah berubah dimana ada yang bekerja di alam maya dan ada yang kerja setempat. Kita terpaksa menggunakan pelbagai cara untuk berkomunicasi dan membuat keputusan.
